- 3/4 cup Wheat Flour
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup castor sugar

- 1 tsp instant coffee (optional)
- 3 Tbsp flavourless oil
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- For ganache:
- 100 gms dark chocolate
- 50 gms cream

- In a bowl add Wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, little salt and sieve to another bowl. Add castor sugar. Set aside.
- In another bowl add water, oil, vinegar, instant coffee powder, vanilla essence and mix well.
- In the meantime in a deep vent karai add salt and a plate 1†above the salt, cover to Pre heat for 5-7 mins on high flame.
- Mix the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well hot don̢۪t overdo.
- Grease the cake pan with oil or butter and pour the batter.
